1. Photographer Credit

    •    All images must be credited to Paul Madley in any form of publication, including but not limited to print media, online articles, and social media             platforms.

    •    On social media, credit should appear as @_paul_madeley.

    •    Credit should appear clearly alongside the image or within its caption.

 

2. Copyright Ownership

    •    In accordance with copyright law (as of 2025), the photographer automatically retains copyright ownership of all images they create.

    •    Copyright remains the exclusive property of Paul Madley, unless expressly transferred through a written agreement and the purchase of copyright ownership rights.

 

3. Usage Rights

    •    Image use is granted strictly under the terms of the license agreed with the photographer.

    •    Unless copyright ownership is purchased, usage is limited to the agreed purpose only and does not include resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or transfer to third parties.

 

4. Final Edited Images Only

    •    Only the final, edited images supplied by Paul Madley may be used.

    •    The use, sharing, or publication of unedited, draft, or unapproved images is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained from the photographer.

 

5. Respectful Use

    •    Images must be used respectfully and with integrity, ensuring they fairly represent the photographer’s work.

    •    Unauthorized use, alteration, modification, or distribution of the images is prohibited without prior written consent.

 

6. Payment Terms

    •    Invoices are issued due on receipt, with a payment period of 7 days from the invoice date.

    •    If payment is not received within this period, the invoice will be considered overdue.

    •    Invoices that remain unpaid for more than 2 months past the due date will incur a daily late fee of 0.25% of the outstanding balance,

starting from the 61st day, until payment is received in full.

    •    Late fees will not exceed 50% of the original invoice amount.

    •    Usage rights are only granted once full payment has been received. Until payment is made in full,

no rights to use, publish, or distribute the images are granted.
